I integrate a variety of hands-on bodywork and somatic modalities; namely Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Massage Therapy, Foundation Training, and Somatic Experiencing/Trauma Healing. My aim is to help people achieve a greater sense of health, wholeness and balance in their lives.
